The Complex Autonomic Center offers clinical diagnosis and treatments for patients with disorders of the autonomic nervous system. We are proud to open this exciting and unique clinic with the mission of recognizing and treating underdiagnosed disorders such as POTS and other related autonomic disorders. In addition to disorders of the autonomic nervous system, our center offers comprehensive assessment and management for associated disorders including Mast Cell Activation (MCAS/MCAD), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD), Post Viral Disorders, Long-COVID-19, and Secondary Fatigue / Chronic Fatigue disorders.

Our clinic is one of the few clinics in Washington State and the Greater Pacific Northwest specializing in the care of patients with autonomic disorders. Furthermore, Dr. Erik Armitano is the only Medical Doctor in Washington State with fellowship training in Autonomic Disorders and certification from the United Council for Neurological Subspecialties in Autonomic Disorders.

We provide thorough assessment for the diagnosis of autonomic disorders and comprehensive treatment options to alleviate symptoms and improve quality of life. In addition to medical care, we also offer help and information to our patients and their loved ones, ensuring they have the resources they need to manage the challenges of living with autonomic disorders. To aid in our mission of providing the highest quality care for our patients, the Complex Autonomic Center is equipped with a state-of-the-art Full Autonomic Testing Lab including both a Tilt Table and Quantitative Sweat Measurement System.
